If you're Tired of having to go to the park or to a gym to practice your jump shots, there's only one way to solve it. By installing your very own in-ground basketball hoop at your home, you'll now be able to spend endless hours shooting around and perfecting your shot.

Practice makes exquisite and there's no great way to practice then walking covering your home anytime you're up for it. If you're mental about buying a new hoop, an in-ground hoop is the best option. However, it's not an easy factory process so I've created this report to help you while this process.

You'll also need a level, shovel, wheel barrow, marker, water, a wrench, a step up ladder, some types of screwdrivers and a measuring tape.

Do not try to do this without all of these tools and materials. You do not want to take any shortcuts. This will prevent any problems down the road and if done right, this hoop can end up standing for many years to come.

Now that you've gathered everything, choosing the right spot is crucial. Most in-ground hoops are installed on a flat area of the driveway. Finding a flat and even area will prevent injuries and allow you to play games without falling over consistently.

Now that you've found a smooth area, you're ready to begin installing the in-ground basketball hoop. You should all the time have man around to help you, but if you're handy it can be done alone.

It's time to start digging, so dig a hole that's 2 x 2 feet. It should be about 2 feet deep as well. Then take your label and indicate a spot 18 inches from the lowest of the pole. At this point, you'll need to get the concrete ready, so corollary the instructions on the mix bag. Once the cement is ready, fill the hole all the way up with cement. Then press the cement down and place the pole in the cement up to the mark on the pole. Continue by filling the pole and confirm the pole is level by using the level. The concrete should take about 48 hours to dry.

After the pole is set in place, attach the hoop and backboard. The rim should stand at 10 feet tall and you're ready to play ball!
